For most of my stay in OK, I was working in Wilburton, Oklahoma. That is about three hours away from Oklahoma City. The small city didn't have much to offer besides beautiful scenery. I was staying in a dorm at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton. My 1 1/2 week stay in this small town made for some interesting conversations. Students taught me about muddin' and how they all ride in the rodeo. I'm a city girl so this was intriguing to me. Aside from the conversations about things to do in such a simple town, the students taught me the beauty in simplicity.
