This Swedish Ivy or Plectranthus verticillatus is noted as “one of the most photographed plants EVER” by TIME magazine. Gifted to President John F Kennedy in 1961 by a Swedish Ambassador, this plant has sat in the oval office on the mantel since - that is until Donald Trump took office and replaced the monumental ornament with appears to be his golden "golfing trophies".
The goal is keep sharing this monumental plant with your community to keep a piece of history alive.
